Mary Barton is in the 5^th grade. She lives in London with her parents and her little sister. She goes to school 5 days a week. She doesn’t go to school on Saturday and on Sunday. Every day they have 5 lessons. Mary likes languages very much. They learn French and Russian, but they don’t learn German. She likes Russian language and has very good marks on this subject. In the Russian lessons they read and discuss texts, learn Russian poems, play Russian games and use computers. They also read interesting stories about Russian history and traditions. Mary likes to travel very much. She usually travels in summer. Last summer holidays she spent at the seaside. She went there with her parents. They lived in a hotel. She saw the sea from the window. Mary took a lot of photos, swam in the sea and sunbathed. She was very happy.
